About Marine Retailers Association
At the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, we believe that for the boating industry to find success and grow, that our members must first find success and grow. Our members, boat and engine dealers, accessory retailers, marinas, and marine service shops, are on the front lines with boaters every single day. They contribute to and determine the quality of the boating lifestyle, and therefore are the direct link to ensuring the success of our industry. We work to help our members grow, make them more successful and help them run stronger businesses by providing them with tools, resources and educational opportunities and by representing them with a powerful voice.
Our association, serving the United States and Canada, is focused on helping our members grow and improve their businesses. Under new leadership and a growing team, we have been thriving, increasing our membership by more than 240 percent over the last few years.
We enjoy a fun, relaxed, creative culture that prioritizes the contributions of all team members ahead of the importance of any of our formally defined roles or responsibilities. We partake in staff collaborative events regularly and enjoy Friday a...fternoons off throughout the summer. We work hard, take great pride in our work and ownership in all outcomes, yet we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We give each other the freedom to use our individual strengths to execute our job descriptions, and we seek to provide growth-focused career development.
