AHCA NCAL is seeking a Manager of ahcancalED with a commitment to improving lives by delivering solutions for quality care. The person in this role will manage ahcancalED, AHCA’s learning management information system (LMIS). This incumbent will work with members and other staff to develop learning opportunities through the LMIS platform.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Training in developing evaluation criteria and Sharable Content Object Reference Model.
Familiarity with healthcare issues, experience with post-acute/long term care preferred.
Experience in an association or other membership organization preferred.
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and course development experience required.
Experience in program design, implementation and management, and quality improvement required.
Works well within a team, either as a leader or a team member.
