Design and develop training programs for audiovisual industry curriculum.
Create new course materials working with industry experts and other team members, and by researching technical documentation.
Revise and edit current courses, including instructor-led classroom, instructor-led online, and online training.
Build new courses in Learning Content Management System as required. Adhere to the LCMS business and system rules.
Storyboard multimedia learning objects such as videos or animated/interactive art.
Work with faculty and subject matter experts and learners to specify gaps, needs and desired outcomes.
Write trainer’s notes, participant materials, and other documents.
Create multimedia materials using presentation software, rapid-development tools and image/audio processing software
Analyze, write and revise testing materials.
Plan, schedule and track projects, maintaining aggressive deadlines and communicate risks in a timely manner

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Content Management systems; Order processing systems; Image/audio/video processing software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
A minimum of 1 year of experience in education or training
Strong writing and editing skills, including a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise English and into multiple formats
Experience in instructional design and working with subject matter experts
