This position works with the Vice President, Management Information Services and Sr. Data Administration Engineer to provide ATA’s association management software administration, support and data reporting. The position will also perform database administration tasks. This position interacts with ATA staff at all levels, especially Personify360 users, and Personify360 technical staff (Personify, Inc.) This position has no supervisory or budgetary responsibilities.
The incumbent is expected to adhere to company policy and procedures, promote and foster a team-based work environment. He/She will demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and have the ability to manage and prioritize workload. He/She will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional disposition. He/She must consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of the position.

Education/Relevant Experience –
BS/BA degree in information technology
Minimum of 5 years work experience as a business analyst
2 years’ experience in database administration and report writing.
1 year experience in software support preferred but not required.
Skill Requirements –
2 years of experience with relational databases and in creating complex SQL queries and reports is essential.
1 year of Microsoft Visual Studio experience is required
1 year of Business Objects experience is required.
1 year Association Management software experience is required preferably Personify 7.62
Detail-oriented person accepting a high level of responsibility in maintaining ATA’s data resources and complex applications.
