Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for INS/INCC in line with individual department goals and objectives. Responsibilities include supervision of marketing staff and managing the marketing projects and programs. Oversee the development, editing, marketing, and distribution of a portfolio of products, including educational resources, national meetings, online programming, and certification. Ability to creatively write and edit copy required.
Implement, evaluate, and refine the annual overarching marketing plan that is supported by individual department campaigns, including, but not limited to:
Learning Center resources to increase user activity, branding, and revenue
Membership to increase engagement and retention
Meeting awareness to increase attendance, promote learning, and increase corporate participation
Certification growth through increased exam candidates and CRNI® recertification
Maintain awareness of trends, benchmarks, and issues in marketing
Develop process plans for creating, reviewing, editing, and publishing of marketing resources
Work with departments to develop and launch new products or offerings while adhering to strict timelines
Prioritize product and resource development while evaluating financial drivers
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all staff members are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/Communications.
7-10 years’ experience in marketing/communications field
Prior supervisory/managerial experience
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Strong creative outlook.
Solid understanding of web design skills (HTML & CSS)
Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
Must possess excellent organizational, project, time management, and planning skills
Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
