The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), was created by and for members and operates as a 501(c)(6), not-for-profit entity. FS-ISAC serves as a bi-directional information and intelligence organization leading the financial services sector efforts to protect against and mitigate as needed cyber and physical threats and incidents against financial firms. The mission of the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) is to help assure the resilience and continuity of the global financial services infrastructure and individual firms against acts that could significantly impact the sector's ability to provide services critical to the orderly functioning of the global economy.
POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for business development and revenue growth. This candidate will focus on verticals in the financial services sector identified with growth potential. The position will also cross-train in vendor sales and financial institution member sales. Must be a go-getter with keen attention to detail, high-quality interpersonal skills, disciplined in data integrity and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Build quality lead lists and execute targeted campaigns in compliance with GDPR. • Schedule and conduct sales calls, including staff subject matter experts as needed. • Salesforce data entry and reporting functions (pipelines, etc.); participate in sales pipeline progress activities. • Execute new member Agreements and other relevant documents (template). • Take detailed and relevant meeting notes on/at prospect meetings. • Use company process to follow-up on inbound leads (HubSpot automation).
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS • Salesforce use experience, relational database knowledge a plus. • Microsoft Office 365 products use experience. • Presentation and interpersonal skills - Interact with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experience. • Business acumen - Understand revenue implications of sales and marketing activities. • Business writing – Ability to clearly articulate FS-ISAC brand and value. • Active listening - Listens to colleagues, members, prospects and clarify discussions as needed. • Research experience – Use public source research to collect data in compliance with GDPR. • Problem solver - Independently identify potential problems; effectively communicate or elevate issues. • Professional demeanor – Self-motivated; responsible and disciplined; strong team orientation. • Quality management - Detail-oriented; consistently turns in high-quality work without close supervision.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Degree in marketing, sales, business administration or related field or experience to commensurate • Minimum three years of member sales experience, financial sector or information security desirable.
TECHNOLOGY • Proficient in Salesforce; experience with HubSpot desirable. • Proficient in MS Office365 applications. • Experience running remote meetings with virtual meeting platforms.
