The Association for School Business Officials International (ASBO) is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual to support our marketing and communications team. This individual will utilize their exceptional writing skills to develop clear, compelling content for a variety of deliverables, including print and digital publications, websites, promotional brochures, emails, and social media. In addition, this position will be responsible for ensuring the marketing calendar is up to date.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic team environment and must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. As a key player on our marketing team, the marketing and communications coordinator will have experience writing marketing content and developing successful promotional materials. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Creative writing skills with an ability to maintain a keen attention to detail.
Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work in a deadline-oriented environment.
Superior written and oral communications with the ability to convey information in an easy to understand, compelling, and engaging manner.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High-level organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Team player and can-do attitude
Experience with Trello is a plus, but not required.
