IBLCE, a non-profit, international certification board seeks a professional to direct operational aspects of the organization’s certification program worldwide, focusing on the application processes, administration, customer service, and technology solutions. This role supervises several staff and oversees the use and maintenance of an online credential management system and related technology and data systems. It also supervises and oversees the seating of candidates for the certification examination.
Major responsibilities are:
Supervises implementation of certification operational policies and procedures that accord with the strategic plan and which adhere to NCCA accreditation standards.
Supervises the use and maintenance of an online credential management and application system for non-English languages.
Analyzes, recommends and implements technology solutions to improve efficiencies and introduce new capabilities to certification operations and customer service.
Directs processes and procedures for the certification and recertification worldwide programs.
Oversees the administration of worldwide CBT examinations including candidate seating and security and compliance protocols.
Oversees customer service team to provide timely, accurate, and professional customer experiences.
Directs and monitors activities related to data management, including application entry, data analysis, quality assurance measures and program statistics.
Serves as liaison to committees and task forces as required.
Supervises the exam candidate and certificant communications related to the certification and recertification programs.
Reviews and recommends procedures to maximize quality and efficiency in certification activities.
If you have:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years work experience with directing the use and maintenance of technology systems, preferably in the certification industry.
Proven knowledge and experience with best practices for program management technology solutions.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the certification industry for the use of credential management systems.
Knowledge and experience with NCCA accreditation standards and/or ISO/IEC 17024 standards, a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with sensitivity to cultural and geographical differences.
Demonstrated organizational, supervisory and project management skills.
Bilingual a plus.
