Overview: The Exhibits Manager is responsible for the management, organization, and execution of exhibits for the association's annual trade show and exposition, HAI HELI-EXPO®.
Essential Functions of the Position Include, but Are Not Limited To:
Developing, managing, and maintaining the floor plan for the association’s annual trade show and
exposition, HAI HELI-EXPO®
Serving as the main point of contact for HELI-EXPO exhibitors
Creating, distributing, and maintaining all documents and information related to exhibitor communications
including booth confirmations, advisory notices, and general inquiries
Developing and updating informational content related to HELI-EXPO for use in all HAI print and digital
publications, including the HELI-EXPO website, exhibitor pages, exhibitor services kit, and exhibitor
prospectus
Inspecting and monitoring all exhibits and booths onsite at HELI-EXPO to ensure compliance with show
rules and regulations
Collecting data and generating statistical reports
Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications for the Position Include:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of three years related work experience in the conventions industry
Current CEM certification
Understanding of current trade show industry trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and
provide a high level of customer service
Advanced computer skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using association
management software and floor plan databases
Strong organizational and time management skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
Highly dependable and reliable with regard to work schedule and ability to meet project deadlines
Self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team environment
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel if necessary
