Responsible for inventory, budgeting, fulfillment, on-site store logistics and online store for NATGear Merchandise
Member engagement through new membership cards, new member onboarding communications, and renewal incentives.
Develop member engagement demographics program
Work registration booth and sell NATAGear items at four different conventions
NATA is seeking an energetic, personable full-time member services employee with at least three years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate must have a pleasant phone demeanor and can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Having the ability to multi-task and prioritize work as it arrives is also mandatory. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft office and must be a quick study when it comes to new software. Experience with databases is a plus. In terms of educational requirements, qualified candidates must have earned a high school diploma.
