The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management of the National PACE Association’s (NPA’s) PACE 2.0 project including communications with project stakeholders and tracking of project activities. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the EVP of Policy and Strategy and the Senior Director of Project Management and Policy Communications to coordinate with other NPA staff, NPA members, vendors, and external collaborators to support timely completion of the tasks outlined in the PACE 2.0 project plan, as well other projects in the Policy Department as needed.
The Project Coordinator will also work with the Senior Vice President of Public Affairs to help provide administrative and project management support to the Communications Department.
The Project Coordinator will leverage various technologies and software products to support this work including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Zoom, GoToMeeting, SurveyMonkey, Doodle Polls, and other collaboration and project management applications as needed.

Draft communications to project stakeholders to promote webinars, request feedback, provide project information, and coordinate meetings.
Monitor project plan and update task status, contact lists, and other project-related information.
Provide facilitation support for virtual meetings (e.g. setup virtual meetings in application, setup polls in virtual meeting applications, monitor chat during virtual meetings, take meeting notes).
Post and upload project materials and information to NPA online communities.
Consolidate feedback and data submitted by project stakeholders.
Manage communications design project management system daily and keep organized asset files for communications projects.
Develop annual communications projects calendar for NPA departments.
Coordinate systemic review of website content with appropriate NPA Staff.

Small, fast paced team office environment with moderate noise levels. Normal sitting and standing activities for an office environment. Use of phones and computers for extended periods of time. Utilize office equipment and communication technologies for conference calls and teleconference meetings/webinars.
