Position Summary: Ensures Worldwide ERC is delivering relevant, timely, thought-provoking and accurate information to members and the global mobility industry. Works with leadership team to develop and execute on content strategy that encompasses events, learning, research, industry news and public policy. Identifies opportunities to cross-purpose content and ensures consistent messaging across channels. Manages internal and external writers/editors and is the final reviewer on most products.
Essential Functions: The qualified candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position either with or without reasonable accommodation.
Develop editorial calendar and content plan taking into consideration other key activities of the organization such as events, research or launch of new products as well as external factors such as elections or industry events
Manage all editorial aspects of the magazine and website, including vendors, to deliver high-quality content to intended audiences
Work with SVP, Product and external vendors to manage current digital advertising products and create new ones.
Use analytics to track engagement, identify trends or emerging interests, and collaborate with learning, research or policy teams to evolve their products
Assign content development to writers; review work product
Create content as needed
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. At least 5 years of in depth industry experience needed.
Experience working with an ethnically, culturally and racially diverse work staff preferred; ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals required.
