Education/Experience: BA/BS degree and three or more years of progressive experience in contributing to the design and development of online professional development programs and e-learning programs; CMS, professional development and/or program management experience a plus; background with various course authoring software, Learning Management Systems (LMS) management and/or instructional design strongly preferred. Language Ability: Strong written and oral communication skills and proofreading and editing skills; excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups. Computer Skills: Competence in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Association Management, Learning Management and/or Content Management Systems.
