Works collaboratively with WEF program teams on key products to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across priority channels and segments for WEF programs.
Develops and manages the execution of marketing strategies, leveraging a broad spectrum of channels - digital marketing, social media, paid media, direct mail, events, advertising, and sponsorships, while collaborating with team members on the timely execution of project deliverables in support of the WEF Strategic Business Plan.
Works cross-functionally with business teams to ensure campaign workflow from inception to completion, including the tracking of campaign deliverables and fostering relationships with both internal staff and external stakeholders to drive maximum results and growth initiatives.
Provides regular campaign updates to business stakeholders and creates regular reports on performance, prepares project schedules, and routinely communicates results.
Achieves financial objectives by developing and implementing annual marketing campaign budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and updating projections monthly. Reviews and approves invoices for payment.
Optimizes the use of marketing automation tools to refine programs and to ensure continuous engagement; Assists with the management of Marketing Automation platforms; monitors performance to ensure precise targeting and tracking.
Supports the management of marketing by assisting with selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Assists with communications efforts and distribution channels with emphasis on digital tools, social media, website information updates and leading market research efforts.
Develops marketing collateral and messages that align with WEF brand guidelines and core messaging.
Keeps informed of developments in marketing, communications, and digital trends and uses this information to help WEF operate with initiative and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
3+ years of experience.
Strong project management, writing, editing, and proofreading.
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment on many projects simultaneously.
Experience with Marketo and marketing automation.
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media/paid media.
Experience with CMS databases, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Management skills a plus.
