Education Coordinator

Description: The American Land Title Association seeks an Education Coordinator to join as an integral part of its educational programming team. The Coordinator will participate in the day-to-day operation of ALTA’s suite of educational offerings and assist with the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation, a new non-profit that supports the charitable efforts of title professionals in their communities. An ideal candidate would thrive in this team-driven environment where consistency and detail are important. Someone who prefers long periods of focused work time, but who can adapt to switching between tasks under the pressure of a deadline, would excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations for education products (aka LTI or Land Title Institute products)
  • Manage users, process registrations, and provide support for the education products
  • Work with ALTA accounting staff to invoice scholarship providers, track monthly financials
  • Work with ALTA technology staff to maintain and update website content and the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist with coordination of the education sessions at ALTA’s major meetings
  • Work with speakers to manage deadlines and deliverables
  • Manage website and app content
• Manage the continuing education and continuing legal education credit process
  • Manage provider status, file course applications, track attendance and license data, report attendance, manage certificate fulfillment
• Assist with the management of the National Title Professional Designation Program
  • Answer inquiries, process exams, organize incoming applications, manage website content (including database management)
• Assist with the management of the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation
  • Communicate with potential donors and grant applicants, process payments, organize incoming applications, manage website content (including database management)
• Perform other duties as assigned
