The Administrator would be responsible for member recruitment and retention processes including email marketing to prospective members, sending renewal notices and invoicing membership dues, setting up and managing group memberships, and conducting onboarding campaigns for new members.
The Administrator would work with other staff to respond to member inquiries and to inform members of the services and benefits of membership. The Administrator would be expected to produce reports on all aspects of membership and recommend and implement strategies for improvement, interacting with members and staff to ensure success.
