We're proud to introduce our team of highly experienced coaches! They come from a variety of professional backgrounds and have all graduated from an accredited coach training program. Each of our coaches has three or more years of experience providing one-on-one coaching services, and has worked specifically with clients in the association and nonprofit community.
We encourage you to review their profiles and select the right coach for you.

I believe that every client is creative, resourceful and whole. There’s nothing to fix because nothing’s broken. I like to spend time on what is working well and how we can leverage that in new areas of life. I will spend some time on “the Achilles Heel – the weakest weakness” but my coaching focuses mainly on strengths, well-being, hope, optimism, resilience and, etc. I am also a facilitative coach – I like to help my clients come up with their own answers, rather than giving them my answers. I do this because I don’t believe my answers are always the best answers for my clients, and I want to teach people how to fish.
I like to work with young professionals who have a great deal of passion. That said my clientele includes a full range, from entry-level to senior executive.
Representative clients include young leaders at the World Bank and the American Bar Association, rising stars at major law firms such as DLA Piper, and middle managers at several major technology companies and government agencies.
"Guide, advocate and champion of each client’s personal and professional development, helping them revel and recognize new opportunities and path’s forward, by embracing their values and priorities, in pursuit of their goals, from a safe place."
"Coaching is a partnership for professionals, who seek a safe haven to explore, vent, test, innovate, and take off their masks in order to create personal and professional breakthroughs. The coachee is always in control of session content identification, and it is their responsibility to determine what actions to take and whether, or when, to move forward. The coach’s role is one of assisting on the journey to discovery, creation of options for consideration, illumination, and support through powerful questions, inquiry, challenging of actions taken/not taken, and accountability."

"I believe in tailoring my approach to the individual. Different people come in with different needs and come from different backgrounds. I believe that when I listen carefully to what clients are telling me and determine what the real issues are that that is when we can actually come up with a plan to help them move forward."
"I believe that when we fully understand and leverage our natural strengths as well as address our blind spots, we are able to move from good to great in our work and in our lives. My approach is to partner with my coaching clients to support them in refining their vision and goals for themselves and their organizations – and to help them grow their authentic executive presence."
